What a turbulent week it has been in Migration. We've seen many industry bodies, newspaper articles and websites offering explanations and definitive answers but we would caution people against making any hurried decisions because the situation is still evolving. 

Many aspects of the changes are still unclear. As one of our colleagues declared, it is a minefield. There are further changes planned which will be implemented over the next 12 months.  We always have to work with the different governments, rules and policies of the day so as they become official and the effect of the legislation becomes clear, we will let you know.
